At Eterna Customs, we stand by the quality of our bespoke fashion and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard items. To ensure the perfect fit and satisfaction, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all custom tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Eterna Customs packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the printed return slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
