How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Since every piece at Eterna Customs is handcrafted to your specifications, please allow 7-14 business days for production plus standard shipping times.
Can I return a personalized item?
Due to the unique nature of custom-made apparel, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error in the manufacturing process.
What materials do you use for your garments?

How do I know which size to order?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our chart for the perfect fit.

Yes, Eterna Customs ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery windows vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I change my design after placing an order?
Modifications can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, our artisans begin the production process and changes are no longer possible.
